Medical studies, have always been considered expensive, burdensome and this was a limiting factor for many young people, because being free trials that was a public school, discrimination was by expensive books, also had low budget so that the powers to acquire books in proper amount to lend them to students, this loan functioned, existed, but was for hours and in the same room of the libraryIt was a very limited service. Around the faculties of medicine were gentlemen who sold these books from various publishers in Trujillo were called Padilla, Samame, who gave facilities, paid by fees, i.e. paying our parents remember?, but yes they were expensive. In 1976 they appeared in Lima, the first photocopies, an unknown group of engineers and the UNI students, had made the first photocopies at the beginning they were on poor quality paper and middle fuzzy, even so they were quickly purchased by students, gradually the quality was improved of photocopies, which were undertaken in a clandestine fashion, as it was an illegal activity, massively photocopied an original book and sell it publishers trembled, the photocopiers also, students enjoyed. That same year, I took contact with a Bachelor of engineering, the fotocopiador group and invited him to Trujillo to study the topic of photocopies, I thought that I would never go to Trujillo and from CEM we thought to travel to Lima to buy such photocopies and sell them to the students of our faculty, however Mr Lopez Trujillo did!, received it and we went to lunch at the Norteno (avenida Miraflores) alongside Humberto Liualso steering the Cem, talked and transamos in selling these photocopies in Trujillo, under the auspices of the CEM, in Lima so they sold it to avoid legal retaliation, because the publishers already had noticed the emission of these photocopies, as nobody already fiaba original books, photocopies that were a gratuity, a nothing, all bought at the side of the originals. .
